13th ASE Environmental Academic Thesis Scholarship for Master’s and Doctoral Students
Dear Faculty Members and Department Staff,
To foster academic talent in the field of environmental sustainability, the ASE Environmental Protection and Sustainability Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”) is pleased to announce the 13th ASE Environmental Academic Thesis Scholarship for Master’s and Doctoral Students.
Master’s and doctoral students whose thesis research falls within the eligible research areas and who meet the application requirements are encouraged to apply.
We kindly ask departments and institutes to share this information with their master’s and doctoral students and encourage eligible students to participate.
I. Eligibility
Master’s and doctoral students enrolled at universities in Taiwan during the 2026–2027 academic year who are expected to graduate by August 31, 2027.
II. Scholarship Awards
The scholarship selection process consists of two stages. Successful applicants will receive the following awards:
Doctoral students: Applicants who pass the first-stage review will receive NT$10,000. Those who pass the second-stage review will receive NT$70,000 and a certificate issued by the Foundation.
Master’s students: Applicants who pass the first-stage review will receive NT$10,000. Those who pass the second-stage review will receive NT$40,000 and a certificate issued by the Foundation.

4. Environmental Pollution Remediation
5. Sustainable Environmental Resource Management

7. Net-Zero Carbon Emissions
8. Smart Agriculture
9. Biodiversity
10. Topics Related to Environmental and Ecological Conservation and In-Depth Research Reporting
IV. Application Schedule and Related Information
Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted from now until November 30, 2026. Applications must be postmarked by the deadline.
